Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 with 13.3-inch QLED FHD touchscreen display announced

Samsung’s lineup of Galaxy laptop has been steadily growing in the last couple of years and the latest to join the family is the Galaxy Chromebook 2. This 2-in-1 laptop features a QLED FHD touchscreen display, which is a first among Chromebooks, and can be configured with up to a 10th Intel Core i3 CPU, up to 8GB of RAM and more.

The laptop has a 13.3-inch QLED display that offers a bright and vivid viewing experience for movie watchers, creators, students and more. It also supports any Universal Stylus Initiative (USI), making it ideal for quickly taking down notes or making a digital art.

The laptop can be configured with up to a 10th Gen Intel Core i3-10110U, 4 or 8GB of RAM, its keyboard is backlit, and it supports both Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. Since it is a Chromebook, it runs Chrome OS, with integrations to the various Google services such as Drive, Meet, etc.

The Galaxy Chromebook 2 comes in Fiesta Red and Mercury Gray and will be available for a price of $549 (Approx. Rs. 40,334).

Commenting on the launch, Shoneel Kolhatkar, General Manager, Head of New Computing, Samsung Electronics America said:
