Putin’s triumph over the West
Europe is arguing about the refugee crisis. At the same time, it allows Syria’s long-term dictator Bashar al-Assad to become socially acceptable again. This paradoxical situation is the result of a superior diplomatic maneuver by Vladimir Putin. We are currently experiencing the delicate consequences in Ukraine.
