iPhone 13 Expected To Go Back To September/October Launch Timeframes

Due to the pandemic, travel restrictions around the world were put into place to try and curb the spread of the virus as much as possible. This meant that it became a lot harder to accomplish certain jobs and tasks, like how Apple typically sends its engineers to China for them to test prototypes and ensure that everything is going according to plan.

This is why the iPhone 12 series was launched a little later than expected, but those delays will not happen in 2021, or at least that’s what analyst Ming-Chi Kuo is predicting. According to the oft-accurate analyst, he claims that Apple will most likely not be facing the same delays they did for the iPhone 13 that they did with the iPhone 12.

Kuo claims that as a result, it is likely that we will be seeing the iPhone 13 go back to the same September/October launch timeframe that most people are familiar with, although this does mean that people with the iPhone 12 will have less time with their devices before the next-generation hits.

Apple is said to typically begin mass production during the summer, but due to the pandemic this year, it was reported that production only began in September, which is why some of the iPhone 12 models launched later than the others.
