iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro go on pre-order in India with cashback offers

Apple introduced its iPhone 12 series smartphones in India last week. Today the company has started pre-bookings for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro smartphones in the country online through Flipkart, Amazon.in, Apple India online store as well as Authorized Apple retailers offline. It will be available through 3500 retail locations across India starting, 30th October. In keeping with social distancing norms, customers who pre-book it offline will be given time slots to pick up their new iPhone from the store or can select to have it home delivered.

Cashback offer

HDFC Bank Card users get a cash-back of Rs.6000 for the iPhone 12, while for iPhone 12 Pro, there is a cash back of Rs.5000.

Apple already confirmed that the iPhone 12 Mini and the iPhone 12 Pro Max will go on pre-order in India from 6th November and will go on sale in the country from November 13th.

To remind you, all the iPhones come with support for 5G, feature OLED Super Retina XDR displays with support for HDR and Dolby Vision, new Ceramic Shield protection with 4x better drop performance, are powered by A14 Bionic 5nm Chip and feature IP68 water resistance (6 meters for up to 30 minutes).

The iPhone 12 has a 12MP main camera that promises 27% improvement in low-light performance compared to last year’s iPhone along with a 12MP ultra-wide secondary camera. The iPhone 12 Pro also has a 12MP 52 mm focal length Telephoto camera for 4x optical zoom. There is a 12MP camera on the front with support for Face ID.  All the cameras now have night mode and there is a new night mode time-lapse feature.
