Mobvoi, popular for its wearables, backed by Google has introduced TicWatch GTX, its new affordable smartwatch for the global market, after it was introduced in China last month. It features a 1.28-inch colour touch screen, option to use photos from your mobile phone’s camera reel, additional 17 watch faces that can be downloaded from the Mobvoi app. It has 14 workout modes including running, cycling, swimming, and yoga, automatic sleep tracking, notification support for incoming calls and messages.

The smartwatch runs proprietary OS offering up to 10 days of battery life in Power Saving Mode, and up to 7 days with normal use. The durable 20mm thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) band and IP68 water and sweat proof rating, so that you can take this smartwatch for swimming, says the company.

The TicWatch GTX comes in Black colour, is priced at $59.99, but it is now available for pre-order on Mobvoi.com at $53.99 in the US and Rs. 5669 in India for a limited-period 10% discount and will ship starting from September 3. The company already confirmed that it will introduce its top-end Tic Watch Pro based on the Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform running WearOS soon.
