Every year, Samsung introduces new TVs for CES 2021, and for this year, Samsung has unveiled a new flagship 8K and 4K models that use their new Neo QLED display technology. Along with this, Samsung also revealed new models for their Micro LED TV lineup and their Lifestyle TV lineup for 2021.

For the new Neo QLED TVs, Samsung is making use of a new light source that they are calling Quantum Mini LED, which is 1/40 the height of a conventional LED. This light source is then precisely controlled by Samsung’s Quantum Matrix Technology and Neo Quantum Processor, which allows ultra-fine control of the densely packed LEDs to produce a more immersive HDR experience.

The Neo QLED 8K TVs in particular have a new Infinity One Design, with a nearly bezel-less screen, and the TV uses Samsung’s Slim One Connect box for better cable management. Other technologies supported by the TVs including Object Tracking Sound (OTS), SpaceFit Sound, Super Ultrawide GameView, and even supports Google Duo video calling.

Samsung announced more models in their MICRO LED lineup, in sizes such as 110-inches, 99-inches, and more sizes are coming later in the year. And finally, The Frame TV, which is part of Samsung’s Lifestyle TV lineup, have also been updated for 2021 with a slimmer form factor, new colour options and two new customizable styles.
