POCO has confirmed that it will launch POCO X3, successor of the POCO X2 smartphone in India on September 22nd, and the phone will be sold on Flipkart as usual. The phone was introduced earlier this month in Europe packing a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with 3.8mm, punch-hole screen, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, is powered by Snapdragon 732G SoC, liquid cooling 1.0 Plus with copper heat pipe and dual graphite to reduce the temperature by up to 6° C, and runs Android 10 with MIUI 12 on top.

The phones Z-axis linear motor that offers over 150 different haptic vibrations, packs Sony IMX682 64-megapixel 1/1.7″ sensor, 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel 4cm super macro and a 2-megapixel camera for portrait shots. On the front there is a 20-megapixel camera. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and the Indian version is rumoured to pack a 6000mAh battery compared to the 5160mAh battery in the European version, but will retain 33W fast charging, but won’t have NFC support.

Even though Europe only got the 6GB RAM version, India should also get the 8GB RAM version as well as revealed in Google Play Console listing. We should know the price of the POCO X3 when it is launched next Tuesday.
