OnePlus re-entered the mid-range smartphone market with the launch of OnePlus Nord a few months back. At launch, the phone came in two color options — Blue Marble and Gray Onyx with a glossy finish and now, the company has launched a new color variant of the OnePlus Nord – Gray Ash. Here’s the photo gallery of the OnePlus Nord Gray Ash.

The OnePlus Nord Gray Ash has a matte texture compared to the glossy finish of the other two color variants i.e., Blue Marble and Gray Onyx. This color is lighter than the Gray Onyx and in fact, gives OnePlus One’s Sandstone Black color vibes. Thanks to the matte texture, it doesn’t attract smudges and fingerprints as much as the glossy finish of the other two color variants and this one offers a better grip as well.

OnePlus says that they went back to the drawing board post the launch of the Nord to see what other finishes they could experiment with, and the Gray Ash was a result of the same.

Moving on, the box contents are similar to what we saw on the Blue Marble and Gray Onyx variants and so are the button placements. To the left, you’ll find the volume rocker button, and to the right, you’ll find the alert slider and the power button. The Dual SIM slot, primary microphone, USB Type-C port, and speaker grille are located to the bottom and the secondary microphone is present at the top.

This new special edition comes only in 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage version that is priced at Rs. 29,999. It is available to buy on Amazon.in and OnePlus.in. Check out our review of the OnePlus Nord, if you are planning to buy one.
