Acer’s TravelMate series are made for business and enterprise users who need a tough laptop that is easy to travel with while offering plenty of performance. They have announced refreshes of three laptops in this series — the TravelMate Spin P4, the TravelMate P4 and the TravelMate P2, all now with 11th Gen Intel Core CPUs.

All of the new TravelMate laptops can be configured with 11th Gen Intel Core processors with Iris Xe graphics or up to discrete NVIDIA GeForce MX350 GPUs and up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, Thunderbolt 4 and 1 TB M.2 SSD for storage. The TravelMate P4 and Spin P4 have MIL-STD-810G rated bodies, spill-resistant keyboard and shock-absorbent corners for extra durability.

All models also have Intel Wi-Fi 6 and eSIM-enabled 4G LTE connectivity,  and battery life is rated at up to 15 hours for Spin P4 and P4 notebooks, while the P2 is rated for up to 13 hours. They feature IR cameras and fingerprint readers for Windows Hello along with a built-in webcam privacy cover.

Pricing and availability

  • TravelMate P2 (TMP214-53) will be available in North America in March 2021 starting at $799.99 (Approx. Rs. 58,946)
  • TravelMate P4 (TMP414-51) will be available in North America in December starting at $899.99 (Approx. Rs. 66,314)
  • TravelMate Spin P4 (TMP414RN-51) will be available in North America in December starting at $999.99 (Approx. Rs. 73,683).
