  • [Oct 11, 2020]: realme has started rolling out RMX2151PU_11_A.59 with September Android security patch. The update adds Soloop video editing app, brings optimizations for HDR mode, image sharpness, clarity of the portraits, charging algorithm along with several other bug fixes. [Download Link]

  • [Sep 14, 2020]: realme has started rolling out the RMX2151_11_A.45 update for the realme 7 smartphone. The Android security patch is still August 2020, and the changelog is exactly the same as the previous RMX2151_11_A.43 update.
  • [Sep 10, 2020]: realme 7 went on sale for the first time today and the company has started rolling out the RMX2151_11_A.43 update with the August Android security patch. This update adds AI and Professional mode in 64MP resolution, Adds 3 Night Filters – Modern Gold, Flamingo, Cyberpunk, optimizes the clarity of the rear camera, optimizes the quality of backlight shooting in outdoors, and optimizes noise in night mode. This update optimizes charging speed and adds a decimal point display feature. Further, there are optimizations in touch control, game experience, and more.

Note that realme follows staged rollout and the updates are randomly pushed to a limited number of users and a broader rollout usually takes a few days after the company makes sure there are no critical bugs.

The realme 7 comes in Mist White and Mist Blue colors, is priced at Rs. 14999 for the 6GB RAM with a 64GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs Rs. 16,999. It is available from Flipkart, realme.com starting today and will be available from offline stores soon.
